• 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 Applications are open and you will follow the process below to complete the application--just make sure you select the correct year, grade level and program for which you are applying.​​

  • For 2026-2027 please note the following:

    • Kindergarten & 2nd Grade are currently waitlisting​

    • We are actively seeking applicants in 3rd & 7th Grades

  • 2027-2028 students who apply before January 15, 2027 will be considered Priority Status Students.

• If you are applying for a PK2-8th grade student that currently has a sibling at WCA you need to submit an application using your FACTS Family Portal (if on a desktop scroll towards the bottom of the left side/on the app, click the Apply button)

• If you are applying for a Pre-K2 - 8th Grade student who is new to WCA and does NOT have a current sibling please click the link below to start your application

• If you are applying for our Home School Hybrid Program, please follow the same steps below but make sure you choose the Home School Hybrid Application when choosing which application to fill out.

​If you do not have a student currently enrolled at WCA please follow these steps to apply.

1. Application: Please fill out an application for your student using the following link: Wesley Christian Academy Application. Submitting the application, which includes a $25 application fee, will add your child to our waitlist.

2. Screening:

   • K-8 Students: When we begin open enrollment for the year applied for (this occurs in March), your student will be scheduled to come in for admissions testing if there is a spot available in that grade level.  There is a $25 testing fee that must be paid to schedule the appointment.

   • Preschool: When we begin open enrollment for the year applied for (this occurs in March), we will call to offer you a spot when it comes available.

3. Interviews (K-8 only): After reviewing applications and screening results, we may reach out to schedule an interview. This will give us a chance to get to know your family and answer any questions you have about becoming part of the Saints family.

4. Notification of Decision (K-8 only): Once the application process is complete, you will receive notification regarding admission decisions within a week of your interview.
