We're so excited you are interested in taking the next steps to become a Saint! In order to ensure your application is processed correctly you first need to know what type of application you are looking for.

2026-2027 and 2027-2028 Applications are open and you will follow the process below to complete the application--just make sure you select the correct year and grade level for which you are applying.

If you are interested in the 2026-2027 school year please contact Stephanie Baysinger, Director of Admissions, (s.baysinger@wcasaints.com), before applying.

2027-2028 students who are siblings, church members, or WCA alumni are considered Legacy applicants. Legacy applications submitted by December 1, 2026 will receive admissions decisions by March 15, 2027.

2027-2028 students who apply before January 15, 2027 will be considered Priority Status Students. Priority Status Applicants will receive admissions decisions by April 1, 2027.

If you are applying for a PK2-8th grade student that currently has a sibling at WCA you need to submit an application using your FACTS Family Portal (if on a desktop scroll towards the bottom of the left side/on the app, click the Apply button)

If you are applying for a PK2 - 8th Grade student who is new to WCA and does NOT have a current sibling please click the link below to start your application
If you do not have a student currently enrolled at WCA please follow these steps to apply.

Application: Please fill out an application for your student using the following link: Wesley Christian Academy Application. Submitting the application, which includes a $25 application fee, will add your child to our waitlist.

Screening:

K-8 Students: When we begin open enrollment for the year applied for, your student will be scheduled to come in for admissions testing if there is a spot available in that grade level. There is a $25 testing fee that must be paid upon arrival for appointment.

Preschool: When we begin open enrollment for the year applied for, we will call to offer you a spot when it comes available.

Interviews (K-8 only): After reviewing applications and screening results, we will reach out to schedule an interview. This will give us a chance to get to know your family and answer any questions you have about becoming part of the Saints family.

Notification of Decision (K-8 only): Once the application process is complete, you will receive notification regarding admission decisions within a week of your interview.
