Flexible Learning. Strong Foundation. Christ-Centered.

Whether your family’s schedule includes travel, enrichment opportunities, or simply a desire for more meaningful time at home, Wesley Christian Academy’s Home School Hybrid (HSH) program offers a thoughtful balance of structure and flexibility.

The HSH program is designed for families who value a Christ-centered education and a strong academic foundation, while also needing the freedom to shape their weekly rhythm in a way that best supports their child.

Students attend classes on campus two days each week, learning alongside dedicated HSH teachers and peers, and continue their studies at home during the remaining three days. This model blends flexibility with academic excellence, and independence with a strong sense of community.

How does Home School Hybrid work?

WCA’s Home School Hybrid program serves students in 3rd–8th grade through a co-teaching model. Students attend on-campus classes twice a week (Tuesday/Thursday track), while completing teacher-directed assignments at home on alternate days, with a parent serving as a learning partner.

Families are supported every step of the way. WCA provides the curriculum, lesson plans, report cards, and transcripts—offering the confidence of an accredited education led by certified teachers. This allows parents to focus on guiding and reinforcing their child’s learning, rather than creating or managing coursework independently.

Students engage in core subjects including math, science, language arts, history, and Bible, while also participating in electives and chapel. The program upholds the same academic standards and Christ-centered mission as all WCA offerings, within a model thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of today’s families.
